NORTH Wales’ ultimate adventure destination is to create multiple jobs within the region this year and is already on the lookout for 100 enthusiastic and committed individuals to join its large team of instructors across its three sites in north Wales.
As full training will be provided, no previous experience is required for these adrenaline-fuelled seasonal opportunities – just a tonne of enthusiasm, commitment and a sense of adventure!
Zip World has appointed Bodelwyddan-based JVP Group to support its 2019 talent attraction strategy, and will be advertising a host of additional career opportunities throughout the year.
“Having built a leading brand in the adventure tourism sector, we are focused on scaling up, so it’s important we find the best people to join our dedicated team who are at the heart of all we do,” says Zip World founder and CEO Sean Taylor.
JVP group’s managing director Cath Harrison said: “We are delighted to be working with Zip World and look forward to supporting the business through this period of sustained high growth.”
Zip World’s recruitment drive follows news that the award-winning business has secured a “significant” minority investment from leading mid-market private equity investor LDC, which will fuel the company’s ambitious plan to double in size by 2022.
Founded five years ago, Zip World has grown rapidly and today has more than 400 employees, welcoming over 400,000 adventure seekers to its sites in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Betws-y-Coed and Bethesda each year.
