STAFF and parents at Ysgol Penrhyncoch are planning a charity walk to raise money for the school.

They are hoping to raise £1,000 which will go towards the school's general funds.

The walk will take place on Sunday, 7 April and will cover a total of 21.9 miles, leaving the school at 8am.

A raffle will also be held in a bid to raise extra funds.

Anyone wishing to sponsor the walk is asked to contact the organisers, Kirsty Chillery and Cathy Jones.
