AN ABERYSTWYTH man has been fined after appearing in court to admit drug possession.

Kieran Kimber, of 14 Queens Road, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 2 February.

The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to possession of 1.3g of herbal cannabis in Aberystwyth on 29 December last year.

Magistrates fined Kimber £80 and he must also pay prosecution costs of £85 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £32.
