An Aberystwyth woman accused of assaulting a woman has been remanded in custody by magistrates.

Rose Voon, of Flat 7, Penmorfa, North Road, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 20 June

The 40-year-old pleaded not guilty at the hearing to assaulting Debra Harris on Terrace Road in Aberystwyth on 7 November last year.

Voon, who was already being held in custody over other charges, is next due to appear for trial at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 4 July.
