An Adpar man will stand trial later this year after appearing in court to deny a charge of assault.
Llyr James, of Bryn Hafod, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 22 August.
The 30-year-old pleaded not guilty to assaulting Llyr Davies on Cawdor Terrace in Newcastle Emlyn on 9 March this year.
James is due to stand trial on the charge at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 4 october.
Magistrates remanded James on unconditional bail until that hearing date.
