A Bethania man has been banned from the road for 20 months for failing to provide a specimen for police.
Richard Bruzas, of Penrhiw House, Penrhiw Stores, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 22 August.
The 51-year-old pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath, blood or urine to police on 6 August this year.
Bruzas was disqualified from driving by magistrates for 20 months and fined £200.
He must also pay prosecution costs of £85.
