A Borth man has been found not guilty of being drunk and disorderly at Aberystwyth train station following a trial.
Gary Poole, of Flat 5, 2 Cambrian House, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court for trial on 25 January.
At an earlier hearing last November, the 64-year-old had denied drink and disorderly behaviour at Aberystwyth Railway Station on 10 October last year.
Poole was found not guilty of the charge.
