The case against a Glannant man accused of being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a class B drug has been discontinued.

Dylan Savinelli, of 4 Nantcrymannau Estate, was due to stand trial at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 23 July.

The 35-year-old had denied being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of 350g of cannabis on 20 October last year at his home address.

The case was discontinued.
