A Pwllheli man who was drunk and disorderly and using threatening behaviour in the town has been jailed by magistrates.

Kevin Radcliffe, of 82 Morfa’r Garreg, appeared before Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on 29 September.

The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a public spaces protection order by being drunk and disorderly in Pwllheli on 4 February.

He also pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive behaviour in Pwllheli on 27 September as well as admitting a charge of resisting a police offer on the same day.

The court heard that Radcliffe committed the offences while on licence.

Magistrates handed Radcliffe a 21 day prison sentence.

He must also pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
