A DIHEWYD man who drove through a red light has been fined by magistrates.

Daniel Jones, of Ffynnon Wen, failed to stop at a red traffic light on the A485 at Betws Bledrws while driving a Mitsubishi Shogun on 22 August last year, Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on Wednesday, 29 March.

The 56-year-old was fined £66 by magistrates and handed three penalty points.

Jones must also pay costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
