A Llanfihangel-y-Creuddyn man has been fined for using threatening behaviour outside an Aberystwyth garage.

Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court heard on 31 July that Daniel Pritchard, of Blaencynon, had pleaded guilty through his solicitor of using threatening or abusive behaviour outside the Texaco garage on Mill Street on 21 April.

The 38-year-old, who was not present at the hearing, was fined £40.

He must also pay prosecution costs of £85 as well as a surcharge to fund victim services of £16.
