A Gorsgoch man has appeared in court charged with engaging in sexual communication with a child.

Trevor Evans, of Esgerlydan, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 8 May.
The 23-year-old is charged with engaging in sexual communication with a child between 7 and 18 August 2022.
Evans is next due to appear at Swansea Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on 7 June.
He was remanded on unconditional bail by magistrates until that hearing date.
