A Llanafan man will stand trial next month after appearing in court to deny a charge of failing to provide a specimen to police.
Lewis Mahon, of Penybryn, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 10 April.
The 33-year-old pleaded not guilty to the charge of failing to provide a specimen to police on 23 March in Aberystwyth.
Mahon is due to stand trial at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 28 May and was remanded on unconditional bail until that hearing date.
