A Llangwyryfon man has been fined after admitting obstructing a police officer.

Gareth Joseph, of Tangaer, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 27 October.

The 45-year-old pleaded guilty to obstructing special constable Harper in Carmarthen on 10 October.

Joseph was fined £80 and must also pay £85 costs and a surcharge of £32.
