A Llanllwni woman has been banned from the road for a year for drug driving.
Sony Ablett, of Ger y Nant, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 20 August.
The court heard the 47-year-old was stopped while driving at Llanfihangel-ar-Arth on 12 February this year.
Tests showed that Ablett had cannabis in her system exceeding the specified limit.
Ablett was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120.
She must also pay £85 costs and a £48 surcharge.
