A man has been fined by magistrates after admitting a charge of being drunk and disorderly in Aberystwyth.

Robert William Belcher, of Kalarmara, Bridge Road, Aldershot, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 11 July.
The 34-year-old pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour on North Parade on 25 June this year.
Magistrates fined Belcher £153.
He must also pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 as well as a surcharge to fund victim services of £61.
