The case against a man accused of using threatening behaviour in Aberystwyth has been dismissed by magistrates following a trial.
James Caine, of no fixed abode, appeared for trial at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 21 March.
The 33-year-old had pleaded not guilty at a hearing in February to using threatening or abusive behaviour towards Sam-Lea Cook and Luiza Davey in Terrace Road, Aberystwyth on 7 December last year.
Caine was found not guilty of the charge following the trial.
