A Powys man who admitted drink driving in Aberaeron has been banned from the road for 14 months.
Daniel Allen-Rathery, of 7 Parkside, Abermule, appeared before Aberystwyth magistrates on 21 August.
The 41-year-old was stopped while driving on the A487 at Aberaeron on 30 July.
Tests showed he had 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35.
He was banned for 14 months, fined £120, and must pay £85 costs and a £48 surcharge.
