A Powys teenager has been handed a conditional discharge after pleading guilty to stealing £65 at Aberystwyth train station.
Iwan Bishop, of Bronheglog, Cain Road, Llanfyllin appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 3 April.
The 18-year-old admitted stealing £65, together with another, at the station on 13 June last year.
Bishop was handed a conditional discharge for 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay compensation, prosecution costs of £85 and a £26 surcharge to fund victim services.
