A TALIESIN man has been fined by magistrates after failing to co-operate for a drugs test.
Thomas Williams, of The Flat, Free Trade Hall, Taliesin Village, pleaded guilty to the charge stemming from a police stop on 4 February in Aberystwyth when he appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 16 March.
The 54-year-old was fined £80 and handed four penalty points on his licence.
He must also pay £85 prosecution costs.
