A Talsarn woman has been fined by magistrates after being caught using a mobile phone while driving.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 4 July that Cassandra Robinson, of Cairo, was caught using a mobile phone while driving a BMW 335D on Jail Hill in Carmarthen on 8 December last year.
Magistrates handed the 34-year-old a fine of £40 and endorsed her driving licence with six penalty points.
She must also pay prosecution costs of £90 and a surcharge of £16.
