A Cenarth teenager who crashed into a car while trying to turn into a garage has been fined.
Llanelli magistrates heard on 29 November that Owain James, of Glyn Coed, attempted to turn right into Penydre garage in Fishguard on 22 April and collided with an oncoming vehicle.
The 18-year-old was fined £166 for driving without due care and attention and given five penalty points.
He must also pay £110 costs and a surcharge of £66.
