Drivers are getting stuck on a beach in Gwynedd and calling the police for help.

North Wales Police say they have heard from a number of drivers in recent weeks who got stuck at Black Rock Sands overnight.

In a social media post, NWP Gwynedd South said: “In recent weeks our control room has received several calls from people who have become stuck at Black Rocks Sands in Morfa Bychan.

“Please be aware that the barriers at the beach are closed at 8pm.”
