The Welsh Blood Service will hold donation sessions in two Ceredigion towns this week.

Sessions will be held at New Quay Memorial Hall on Wednesday, 13 December and Tregaron Memorial Hall on Sunday, 17 December. "Why not come along we'd love to meet you, did you know only three per cent of the population are blood donors, let’s try to get that number higher," a Welsh Blood Service spokesperson said.

"It only takes 45 minutes to help save a life, plus we have a lovely selection of biscuits!"
