Eifiona Wood of the Beach Café, Golf Road, Abersoch is pictured right receiving a LifeVac machine which is used in the event of choking.

The machine was presented by Ysgol Abersoch pupils as well as parents Louise Overfield (bottom left) and Joanne Whitfield (top right) and PCSO Steve Regan.

The parents walked up Mount Snowdon to raise money and gathered enough funds to buy 10 machines for use in local schools and popular places in the community.

The fundraising appeal also got a financial donation from the Police & Community Funding Award.
