Madam,

This letter is to thank Ysbyty Gwynedd hospital for their excellent care during my cousin Lily Winter’s recent illness. Also thanks to the Welsh Ambulance Service for turning up in the early hours, and the docters and nurses at the beautiful Alltwen Hospital. This hospital would lift anybody’s spirits, and so they did. The care she had day and night was excellent. These nurses are devoted to the patients’ needs. The level of care was astonishing. Also I give thanks to our local docters and nurses.

Sadly my cousin passed away, but knowing she had the best care warms my heart.
