Police are dealing with an accident involving a HGV on the A470.

North Wales Police (NWP) have advised other HGV's to avoid the area, near Bwlch Oerddrws.

A partial road closure is in place.

A post on social media states: "Partial Road Closure; due to a RTC involving a HGV, the road is party blocked on the A470 at Dinas Mawddwy near Bwlch Oerddrws. HGV's are advised to avoid the area. Thank you."
