Plans have been lodged with Ceredigion County Council planners to turn a former estate agents office in Cardigan into a wine bar.
The scheme, submitted to planners earlier this month, would see the former Fred Rees & Sons estate agents office building at 42 Mary Street turned into a gin bar if permission is granted.
The change of use application from A2 to A3 for the building also outlines further work to include the erection of a covered courtyard building on the site.
The scheme will also include building improvement works and associated works at the site, planning documents for the application said.

The plans will be considered by Ceredigion County Council planning officers at a later date.
