Police are appealing for information to find a teenager last seen in Gwynedd.

North Wales Police said the 19-year-old called Patrick was last seen at Bangor Train Station on Wednesday, 17 January at approximately 8pm.

Police believe he may have boarded a train there to travel away from Bangor.

Patrick is originally from the London area.

He was last seen wearing black trainers, cream cargo pants, black jacket with a cream hoodie underneath. He was also seen wearing a green beanie hat.Any sightings or information in the relation to Patrick, contact can be made via 101 and quoting ITrace reference 47136
