Police could seize the car of a speeding driver in Gwynedd.

North Wales Police received a call last week when a vehicle was driven at speed, causing alarm to other road users in the area of Tal y Bont and Barmouth.

“Officer 3878 on patrol stopped the vehicle and issued an S.59 Police Reform Act 2002 Notice, which could lead to police seizing it if such driving is observed again,” a police spokesperson said.

“Thanks to the public for reporting it.”
