Police have launched an investigation after slates were stolen from the graveyard of a church in Llanwenog.

The neighbourhood policing team in Cardigan, Crymych, and Newcastle Emlyn took to social media to appeal for information after an investigation began into the theft of a number of slates from the grounds of St Gwenog's Church.

Police said that the theft occurred between 27 May and 6 June. Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 or email [email protected].
