The RSPCA will be holding a birthday party on Poppit Sands in June to mark its 200th anniversary.

Next month the RSPCA Ceredigion Branch will be hosting a dog walk event at Poppit Sands beach from 2pm to 3pm on Saturday, 15 June.

Those taking part are asked to meet beside the RSPCA sail flags on the right hand side of the beach - which is where dogs are permitted during the summer.

The event will be one of more than 70 events across the UK.
