PUPILS at Ysgol Abersoch school enjoyed all the joys of and hard work that goes into preparing for a wedding day.

The bride, Ana Wyn Hart, and groom, Adam Paul Harding, along with all their guests from the school and local community were transported to Llanbedrog Church in a luxury Caelloi coach, where the Ven Archdeacon Andrew Jones awaited them to usher them into his beautiful church for their own very special wedding service.

The bride and groom were supported by fellow pupils who were given various duties for the day

The bridesmaids were Sophie Howells and Matilda Williams-Warren.

The best man duties were taken care of by Luca Overfield Evans.

The bride’s father for the day was acted out by Samuel Bacigalupo who proudly gave bride Ana away to be married to groom Adam.

Alexis Backhouse and Tilly Jones were the two flower girls with Sebastian Foley as a page boy.

The responsibility of ushering everybody to their seats was given to Marley Williams-Warren and Giuseppe Bacigalupo, who did a wonderful job.

Marley also was the official wedding bell ringer.

All the staff joined in the preparations for this special day with help from parents, friends and school governors.

Headteacher Linda Jones played the organ and teacher Manon Evans arranged flowers for the bridesmaids.

After the ceremony at St Pedrog’s Church the wedding party were transported back to Abersoch on the Caelloi luxury coach where a lovely feast awaited everybody at the village hall and a wedding cake, which was prepared by Chloe Gill–Brooks, a parent at the school.

A lovely day that all at Abersoch school will remember for a very long time.
