Sisters Cerys and Alaw Silvestri-Jones completed the Muddy Mountain Challenge in June and raised £500 for Ceredigion Cardiovascular Fund and £500 for Tregaron Hospital in memory of their late great-grandfather, John Hughes, of Cilcennin, who passed away in November.

They are pictured presenting cheques to representatives of the two worthy causes.
