A woman has died in Abersoch after reportedly entering the sea fully clothed.

North Wales Police say detectives are investigating the death of the 33-year-old female.

“We understand at some point during the evening of 20th June, the female entered the sea fully clothed,” a police spokesperson said.

“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen the female around this time, or anyone who has information that may help us to make contact via live webchat or on 101 quoting ref Q089372.”
