Saturday, June 22 saw members of Barmouth Bowling Club competing for the Roy Moreton Shield. Playing in the final were Pam Payton and Richard Gears; a very close match with Pam being the victor.

On Saturday, July 6 club members competed for the Cyril Hudson Cup. On a beautiful sunny afternoon Rose Martin and Richard Gears succeeded in getting through to the final.
