Ynyshir, located near Machynlleth and south of Snowdonia National Park, has been named National Restaurant Awards Best Restaurant in Wales for the second consecutive year. With two Michelin stars and a renowned head chef, Gareth Ward, the restaurant ranks ninth among the awards top 100 UK restaurants.
