An Aberporth estate agency has been shortlisted for two honours at one of the UK property industry’s leading awards ceremonies.

Cardigan Bay Properties, based at Parc Aberporth Technology Park, has been nominated for Regional Agency of the Year (Wales) and Estate Agency of the Year (Small) at the 2026 Negotiator Awards.

The company was launched in 2021 by Helen Worrall, from Glynarthen, and Tania Dutnell, from Betws Ifan, and now employs a team of six local staff.

Earlier this year, it also won Residential Estate Agency of the Year and Small Agency of the Year at the Welsh Estate Agency Awards.

Tania said the team was excited to be shortlisted.

Winners will be announced in London on 7 November.
