A 36-year-old man has been charged following two assaults in Dolgellau in Gwynedd on 29 June.

North Wales Police say Brendon Lee Williams, of Bryntirion, Dolgellau, has been charged with wounding with intent, possession of a knife in a public place and intentional strangulation.
“He appeared at Llandudno Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 2 July,” a spokesperson for NWP Gwynedd South said, “and has been remanded to appear at Caernarfon Crown Court on Monday August 5th.”
