NANTLLE Vale Reserves moved to the top of the FAW Reserves North tier 3 table with a comfortable 5-1 win against Llanrwst United Reserves.
The Maes Dulyn hosts, who leapfrogged Flint Mountain to the number one spot, took control from the first whistle and created several openings before Aaron Griffiths gave them the lead on 13 minutes.
They continued to press and were rewarded with further goals by Llion Griffiths and Cian Dafydd before the Roosters pulled one back through Kyle Kelly.
That proved to be only a blip for Vale though and they finished strongly with Callum McDonnell and Osian Jones adding to their tally.
