ABERYSTWYTH Rugby Club have paid tribute to a club stalwart who passed away recently.

They posted: “The club would like to pass on its deepest condolences to the family of Geoff Edwards who has sadly passed away.

“Geoff was an ex-player and held many roles on the committee for decades.

“He was honoured with a life-membership for his years of service. Thank you for everything Geoff, you'll be missed. “
