SARN Helen’s Emma Palfrey is a world champion once again having claimed another gold medal as part of Team GB’s mixed relay team at the Triathlon Sprint Event in Pontevedra, Spain.

Emma was also 4th in the world in the individual Sprint Triathlon.

This is a remarkable result for Emma and reflects the huge amount of training and dedication that she has given to the sport.
